Use a wooden spoon to stir in the olive oil and enough water to make a soft dough that is elastic but not sticky. Place the chapati flour in a large bowl and mix in the salt. Place the remaining flour and salt in a deep bowl. Fill another bowl with the cold water.

  8. Add water immediately.
  9. Add chapathi pieces. Mix it well to get coated with masala.
  10. Chilli chapathi is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves.
