  7. Get 2 cups (500 ml) Water
  8. Take 1 small piece Ginger *grated
  9. Take 1 teaspoon Dashi Powder
  10. Prepare 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  11. Make ready 1 & 1/2 to 2 tablespoons Sugar
  12. Get 1 tablespoon Mirin *optional
