I came to know about Phool Makhani(Puffed Lotus Seeds/Fox nut in English) recently through my blogger friends. As soon as I came to know about them, I looked for its health benefits and amazed at it. This Phool Makhana gravy is my recent try, just made a simple makhni sauce and added phool makhana to it and this gravy turned out so good if I may say so myself :). We all love makhana, I usually roast and keep as mittu loves to snack it.

- Grate paneer add 1tsp aaralot mix well and make small oval shape anguri coat with dry aaralot. Coursly grind all khada masala.
- Make 1string chashni. Let it cool.Heat oil in a pan add paneer anguri just stir fry and add in chashni. Leave 1-2min. And take out in a plate.
- In same pan roast cashewnut and Makhana(foxnuts) And take in mixie jar and make powder Add milk and cream churn again and make a paste.
- In same pan crackle cuminseeds bay leaf add cashewnut makhana(foxnuts) paste. Stir well. Add coursly grinded khada masala rock salt ginger chilli paste. Mix well. Beat curd and add in greavy. Add 1/4glass of water to adjust consistency. Lastly add 1tbbutter.Cook 4-5min and serve with Anguri, roasted cashewnut and Makhana
