The ingredients needed to make Liver fry:
  1. Get 1 pound Chicken Liver
  2. Prepare strands Dill leaves or sogi kura few
  3. Take 1 Onions chopped
  4. Make ready 1 inch Cinnamon pc
  5. Take 2 Green chillies chopped
  6. Make ready 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  7. Take a pinch Turmeric powder
  8. Take 1 tsp Coriander powder
  9. Take 1 tsp chilly Red powder
  10. Make ready to taste Salt
  11. Take 3 tbsp Oil

Place a large knob of butter in the pan. Heat a tablespoon of the oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Remove to a plate, leaving the juices in the pan. For the purpose you can take chicken, beef or pork liver.

Steps to make Liver fry:
  1. Marinate Liver with ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and salt. Keep it for half an hour.
  2. Heat oil, when hot add cinnamon stick.Then add  onions and green chillies. Once they are fried add dill leaves.
  3. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add red chilly powder,coriander powder and turmeric powder.
  4. Again saute for 2 minutes. Add chicken liver. Mix well and cover the pan. Let the liver cooks in its own water.
  5. It make take about 10 minutes for liver to cook. Once all the water is evaporated and liver changes its colour to dark brown it means its almost done.
  6. Fry for another 2 minutes so the liver cooks 100 %.

Remove to a plate, leaving the juices in the pan. For the purpose you can take chicken, beef or pork liver. It's cooked fast and has a delicate flavor. Beef liver has Vitamins B, A, D, E, folic acid, chrome, magnesium and iron. Pork liver includes lots of proteins, vitamins and dietary elements.
