  14. Add water and mix well
  15. Cover and cook stirring occasionally until raw taste disappears
  16. Add sugar and mix well
  17. Add generous pinch of saffron and mix well
  18. Cook until mixture starts leaving sides of the pan
  19. Add 2 tbsp ghee and mix well
  20. Add cardamom powder and cashews. mix well and switch off
