  1. Prepare all ingredients
  2. Add egg and brown rice in the bowl. Mix them and leave it on the side
  3. Heat up the pan. Heat up the cooking oil then add a nut of butter into the pan. Wait until it's foaming. Then add garlic and fry until golden.
  4. Add rice&egg mix, and sugar. Then stir fry it.
  5. When they are mixed and dry, put all rice to one side of the pan. Then add Maggi sauce on one side. And mix rice on top of the sauce.
  6. Stir fry them together. Add white pepper. Taste and add salt, if needed. Now it is ready to be served.
