  16. Get 2 Teaspoon Red chilli powder
  17. Get 5-6 tamarind seeds

Fry onions and garlic in the olive oil over medium heat until soft. Add chicken and lightly brown on all sides. Add the chorizo and fry for a few mins more. Stir in the peppers, then pour in the tomatoes, followed by a can of water, the stock cubes, chilli and oregano.

Instructions to make Chilli chicken:
    1. Marinate chicken by adding turmeric powder and egg to the chicken pieces(leave it for 10 min).
  1. 2.Put oil in the fry pan and put the merinated chicken inside it and wait till it become hot red.
  2. Remove the chicken pieces and put all in hot water. To maintain the softness of chicken.
  3. In another fry pan add oil.And after that add cumin seeds, add bay leave and chilli flacks.
  4. In the mixture add finely chopped onions and wait till it become brown and after that add chopped tomatoes.
  5. After the onion and tomatoes get properly caramelized add garam masala and Chilli powder.
  6. And then add the soaked chicken pieces in the mixture.And wait for 1 minute.
  7. After that add soya sause in the remained out chicken soak water and tamarind mixed water (remove the seeds).
  8. Add the soya sause water in the chicken recipe.
  9. Add chicken masala in the gravy and add salt.
  10. Wait for the time when there is thick gravy left behind in the recipe.
  11. At the end garnish the chilli chicken and it is ready to serve.

Add the chorizo and fry for a few mins more. Stir in the peppers, then pour in the tomatoes, followed by a can of water, the stock cubes, chilli and oregano. Add the chicken strips and cook for a couple of minutes, then add the tinned tomatoes.
