Instructions to make Pounded Yam and fresh fish soup:
  1. Peel yam wash and cook then pound to get smooth texture,
  2. Wash the cat fish with salt and warm water very clean then put pot on fire with oil add onion after some seconds so that the oil will not turn white, add water, fish, Maggie, okpehe, pepper, salt to taste.
  3. Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes then add your thickener if you want bcoz the fish have natural thickener, add the vegetables (Ego).
