- Take a grinder. Corsely grind fennel seeds and cardamom pods.
- Now cut the dry black grapes add water and coarse fennel- Cardomon mix in a pan. Mix and soak it for 4-5 hours.
- After 5 hours. Put the pan on low flame. Let boil the mix till water extract to half. Now add mishari.
- Now keep on boil the water till mishari gets dissolve and get good sticky syrup. Off the flame and let it cool down.
- Once it cool strain the mix. Will get super flavourful concentrate of fennel and Cardamon. This concentrate can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 month. And want can add food colour.
- When u want to made Sharbat. Add ice cubes in serving glass, add 3 tbsp of concentrate and add water. Sharbat is ready.
- Enjoy the soothing and cooling effect Sharbat
