- Add 2 chopped tomatoes. Cook for 5 mins. Add 1 bowl of boiled soya chunks and boiled peas.
- For seasoning add salt (as per your taste), Turmeric, Black pepper,
- Biryani masala, lemon juice and cooked brown rice and mix. Cook for 5 minutes and serve hot with boondi raita and grilled paneer.
- For grilled paneer put the paneer into griller with some oil, if not griller than you can put into a pan also. Grill till it tuurns golden brown. Serve.
