- Now give the shape of chapati with the help of rolling pin (belan) or with your hands.
- Heat the tawa on medium heat make sure is hot enough before you place the chapati on the tawa. One side slightly cook flip the chapati and cook the other side.
- One side cook flip the chapati and press the chapati with a cloth,it will be puff up.
- Serve hot with any Daal, vegetables and Curries.
