  1. Dry roast alsi until it colour become more brown or some little pop up.
  2. Grind it in mixer grinder.
  3. Take 2tbs desi ghee in a wok. Add ghoond. Salute it until it pop up on low flame. If u pop up it on high flame ghoond may can raw from inside.Take it out in a plate.
  4. IN the same ghee saute some dry nut. Take it out in ghoond plate.
  5. Grind the ghoond nd dry nut combined.
  6. In the same wok add remaining ghee.Add wheat flour. Saute it until u feel fine aroma or golden colour. All process should be on low flame.
  7. Add Alsi nd ghoond pwd in it.well combined the mixer.
  8. Then switch off the flame.Add pwd sugar nd again well combined so that no lump remain.your mixer is ready to make ladoo after cooling little.
  9. Store it in a air tight container.you can use it about a month.
