- Prepare 300 ml creme fresh
- Take 3 handfuls grated Parmesan

- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, until the top is brown.

A rich sauce, creamy ricotta and lentils, the perfect mince alternative. A great all rounder and even better for lunch the next day.
