  1. Take flax seeds and one dry red chili in a dry pan and roast for 4 to 5 min, when it starts crackling and changing the color switch off the flame and let it to cool. Next grind in mixer to make powder of roast seeds
  2. Now take flour,little salt and 1tbs oil/ghee in a bowl by adding water knead the mixture and make a soft dough. Keep it aside, next take flax seeds powder and chopped onion, chilies n coriander leaves with salt and black pepper and mix them properly. Filling is ready for stuff.
  3. Now take a small dough ball and roll to make a small circle by using palm or rolling pin now put fillings on top previously made and close it properly. Again roll for medium size circle. Place this flat roti on hot tawa and apply ghee/oil, after some seconds flip it to cook other side. Cook evenly by flipping again n again.
  4. Serve it hot with simply, chuttni achar and sabji.
