- Heat a non stick pan and dry roast flax seeds and sesame seeds for 2 minutes on a low flame and transfer into a mixer jar.
- Dry roast peanuts and chane separately and transfer them to the mixer jar.
- Dry roast coconut powder for just 30 seconds and transfer into the mixer jar.
- Heat oil in a pan and add dried red chillies and sauté till crisp.
- In the same pan add onion and garlic and sauté till golden brown
- Allow it to cool, when cooled add this to the mixer jar
- Add rock salt and grind to a fine powdered chutney.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve with south Indian dishes or any other dishes.
- My tip - All ingredients are dry roasted and this can be stored for a month
