To get started with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can have chilli infused oil using 2 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Chilli Infused Oil:
  1. Prepare 250 ml vegetable oil
  2. Take 30 small chillies

Pour the oil in a big pot or sauce pan. Add the chilis and heat the oil on a low heat until it starts bubbling. Add the garlic and herbs and let the mixture cook for a few more minutes until the oil is rather fragrant. Chili Infused Oil is processed from Red Chili which is Infused in a Base Oil.

Steps to make Chilli Infused Oil:
  1. In a glass bottle, place the oil and chilli together. (Use a funnel if you prefer to transfer it into a bottle).
  2. Let it all sit in the bottle for about at least two weeks before you use it. I personally would let the oil absord the chilli for a minimum of 4 weeks before using it.
  3. You can use any type of chillies or oil you like, so experiment.
  4. Tip: Cut chillies in half to make it super hot and spicy.

Add the garlic and herbs and let the mixture cook for a few more minutes until the oil is rather fragrant. Chili Infused Oil is processed from Red Chili which is Infused in a Base Oil. Commonly used base oils are Sesame Oil, Tea Seed Oil, Peanut Oil, Olive Oil or Grapeseed Oil. It can be used internally, externally and aromatically. It is a total Pain Reliever due to the presence of Capsaicin compound.
