  1. Prepare 3 catfish filets
  2. Take 1 bunch chopped parsley

  4. Take 1 1/4 rice

  2. Melt butter and squeeze juice from lemon into butter with chopped parsley.

  6. Cook rice in pot
  7. Steam vegetables.
