Steps to make Chilli Pickle:
- Wash all the green chillies.
- Wipe with clean cloth.
- Cut all the chillies in 1 cm of size.
- Take a Big Bowl and put all green chillies in it.
- Now add all the ingredients except oil and lemon juice.
- Mix all the ingredients properly.
- Now fill it in the jar.
- Shake the jar for 2-3 times everyday.
- After 2 days.
- Heat the oil on a pan.
- Heat the oil till it's smoke vanishes.
- Let it cool.
- When it comes in room temperature, pour the oil in pickle jar.
- Shake it well and pour lemon juice.
- After one day or next day chilli pickle is ready to eat.
Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve the sugar. Another way to make crisp pickles from chillies is to leave the chillies in a brine of water and pickling salt for a night. The next day, rinse the chillies and poke small holes on the tip of each chilli. Heat the vinegar mix ingredients in a saucepan until it reaches boiling point. Take the vinegar off the heat, pour into the jar until the chillies are covered.
