The ingredients needed to make Chilli potato:
  1. Prepare 5-6 potatoes
  2. Take 1 onion
  3. Take 1 capsicum
  4. Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. Take 2 tsp chilli sauce
  6. Make ready As needed maida
  7. Make ready As needed oil for fry
  8. Get To taste salt
  9. Get Some coriander leaves ,chopped

Kids like this recipe very much. Wash potato fingers well in running water and set aside. This removes any extra starch in the potatoes. Mix together corn flour, all purpose flour, chilli powder, chilli paste and salt.

Instructions to make Chilli potato:
  1. Coat the potatoes wedges with maida (you can add salt, chilli powder as per taste).
  2. Keep oil for frying potato wedges.once oil is heated deep fry potato wedges in small portion,so that it turns out nice and crispy.
  3. Now your crispy potatoes are ready.
  4. Take oil in wok. Add ginger,garlic,onion,capsicum and allow to cook for few min.
  5. Add salt,chilli sauce and mix it well. Add 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup.
  6. Finally add crispy potato wedges and mix.Garnish with coriander leaves.

This removes any extra starch in the potatoes. Mix together corn flour, all purpose flour, chilli powder, chilli paste and salt. Coat the potato fingers evenly with this flour mix. While the potatoes are baking, heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the garlic and chilli sachet.
