- Now in a bowl mix cornflour, maida, salt, black pepper powder and kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well. Add water and make a paste of it. Add florets to it and keep it for 10 min. Now heat oil in a pan and fry these florets till golden brown.
- Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste to it. Now add chopped onion and capsicum and saute for 2 min. Now add all sauces and spices to it. Add diced onion and capsicum and saute. At last add fried florets to it. Delicious chilli gobhi is ready to serve.
How to make Chilli Gobhi: Cut cauliflower into pieces. Chop the onions and green chillies. Mix flour, red chili powder and salt. It is less in calories yet high in vitamins. We can give this nutrition to our kids in the form of delicious chilli gobhi.
