  6. Prepare 1 Red Chilli (cut and deseed)
  7. Prepare 1-1.5 oz Soda water

Add and garnish chilli into the drink. Method Add the mint leaves, coriander and chilli slices to a highball glass. Add the Gin Bothy Chilli Liqueur, Aperol and lime juice, muddle together. Add crushed ice, stir with a long stirrer and top up with tonic water.

Steps to make Chilli Mojito:
    1. Crush 2 wedges of limes,  light brown sugar, mints leaves and rum in the rock glass/ old fashioned glass.
  1. Top with Soda water and stir well.
  2. Add and garnish chilli into the drink. Then it is ready to be served.
