  2. Pour the chick peas into the paste and mix well until all the chick peas are covered in the paste
  3. Heat oil and make sure it's hot and fry them until they get the nice golden brown colour
  4. Let them cool best enjoyed as a snack with your favourite drink. They become so crunchy when they are cool

Fry the chickpeas: Season the flour with the salt, cayenne and cumin. Line a plate with paper towels and keep ready. Place the chickpeas and about half. Now heat your vegetable/frying oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Once they float on the surface turn the heat to medium-low and fry them until they go golden brown.
