  1. In a kadai add oil and let it heat then add cumin seeds let it splutter, then add potatoes fry for 2 min.
  2. Then add chopped beans fry for a while then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and stir well cook for a while on low flame & cover the lid.
  3. Then add tomatoes and salt cook till tomatoes get soft and the veggies are cooked.
  4. Once the veggies are done add coriander leaves and garam masala cook for few more minutes.
  5. Serve it.
