- Dethaw the frozen chunks of spinach and add green chillies shredded.
- Add chopped garlic too.
- Add curd,salt, all above mentioned spices into it and grind it into a fine paste.Add vegetable oil too.
- Take multigrain flour in a container and add this paste into it. Mix it thoroughly. Now add eno sachet, which is primarily a baking soda only.
- Meanwhile grease a loaf tin. Pour this entire mixture in this tin.Also add pre-Roasted peanuts into it. Sprinkle sesame seeds too..Place it in a preheated OTG at 175 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.
- Take out the loaf cake by checking with tooth pick test. If it comes out clean, that means your cake is ready. Demould it.
