- Marinade the meat for 3 hours using ABC Sweet Soy Sauce. I have try many combination, but I think the best one is only this Sweet Soy Sauce. Put a little bit of salt.
- Grill for 7 minutes. Flip every 1.5 minutes
Place steaks on a greased broiler pan. Whisk together the pineapple juice, soy sauce and garlic. This recipe calls for fresh garlic. You can use pre-minced garlic or garlic powder as well. Pierce the steaks with a fork all over and place them in a ziplock bag or airtight container and pour the marinade over top.
