  4. Prepare the rose water by adding the saffron and yellow coloring. Add to the the rice with a straight line option. DO NOT STIR. Let the rice continue to it's cooking process.
  5. Once rice is fully cooked, add chopped dates or raisin and fried shallots. Allow rice to rest for 30 minutes before serve.
