- Stir well, adding your herbs and salt and pepper. Simmer until the sauce thickens to your preference, stiring occasionally.
- Put a lid on it and place into an oven at about 150 / 180°F C for 30 / 45 mins. Check occasionally to ensure that it does not dry out !
