  1. Sab sy pehly oil garam kar ke piyaz fry karain brown nahi karna piyaz thora naram karna hai.
  2. Jab piyaz thora naram ho jaye to tamater green chilli kat ke dal dain.
  3. Aur lal mirch,namak,zeera,haldi dal ke masala bhon lain.
  4. Masala bhon ke bhindi dal ke halki aanch par pakny dain.
  5. 5,10 mint main bhidi gal jaye gi agar pani hai to aanch thori teaz kar ke pani sokha lain.
  6. Chamach ziyada nahi chalana nahi to bhindi toot jaye gi.
  7. Bhindi ready hai.
