- Prepare 2 tsp coriander powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp haldi/ turmeric

- Take 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Get 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- Get 8-10 Curry leaves
- Get 1 tsp (rai,jeera,sauf,dana meethi,ajwain mix)mustard,cumin,fennel,fenugreek seeds carom seeds
- Take 2 tsp oil
- Take as required Generous pinch of hingh

- For puries: In a large bowl add all above ingredients expect oil for deep frying add little water and make a slightly firm dough.
- Next make lemon size balls of the dough and roll out puries.
- Heat oil in a wok on high flame once oil is hot, reduce flame to medium-high and fry puries. - - Ready.
- For Sabji:Heat oil in a cooker Add rai,jeera,dana meethi,ajwain and let it crackle.
- Now add curry leaves, hingh mix stir a while.
- Now add tomato,ginger,green chilli,potato,pumpkin,spices and mix well.
- Next put 2-3 cup water and cover the lid and let it cook for 2 whistle.
- Once the steamed release open the cooker add chopped coriander serve with bedmi puries.
