Suugo (Af Ingiriis : sauce; Af carabi: صلصة) waa nooc ka mid ah cuntada taasi oo inta badan lagu kor daro bariiska, baastada, makaroonaha, canjeerada, rootida, sabaayada, malawaxa iyo wixii la mid ah. Sida la ogyahay suugadu waxay ka sameysan tahay khudaar, saliid, hilib, xawaash, milix iyo biyo la isku kariyay. Suugadu waa dareere mararka qaar khafiif ah, jaamud ama dhexdhexaad ah.

Instructions to make Suugo:
  1. Fry the onion in some Olive oil cook until soft.
  2. Add the xawaash spice and tomato puree, fry for a couple of minutes.
  3. Then add in the garlic, chicken, chilli flakes, and pepper cook until the chicken has browned.
  4. Then add the tomatos, stock cube and salt. Leave to cook on a low heat for about 45 minutes to an hour. Add coriander and chillies to garnish. Serve on top of cooked spaghetti.
