  1. Prepare Soya Chunks
  2. Take Onion cubed
  3. Get Capsicum cubed

Steps to make Soya Chilli:
  1. Boil Soya chunks in water for 3-4 minutes. Remove water from Soya Chunks.
  2. Take Boiled soya chunks in a bowl. Add curd, salt, Kashmiri mirch powder, maida, and Arrowroot. Mix them well and keep aside for 15 minutes for marination.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry marinated Soya.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion cubes, Capsicum cubes and chopped green chilli. Then add Ginger Garlic paste and all masala powder.
  5. Now add vinegar, Tomato, Soya & Red chilli sauce. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Finally add fried Soya Chunks. Mix them nicely.
  6. Soya Chilli is ready to serve.
