- Wash and chop butter beans and potatoes
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, add turmeric powder now chopped veggies fry for 2 minutes.
- Add green chillies or coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt and little water.Cook with cover for 10 minutes.
- Cook till veggies get soft.when veg are soft then fry for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Add garam masala, chopped coriander leaves mix well.
- Butter beans veg ready to serve with chapati or paratha..
