- Wash the spinach and quickly cook in boiling water. Drain and squeeze out excess water (once it's cooled). Cut into 5 cm lengths.
- Cut the potatoes into large bite-sized pieces. Place in a heat-resistant container and cover in cling film. Microwave for about 5 minutes. Be careful not to burn yourself!! Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Heat mayonnaise in a pan over medium heat.
- Once the mayonnaise has melted, add the potatoes and cook until they brown a bit.
- Add in the spinach from Step 1 and fry.
- Add in the tarako, mix and fry. Finally, add the ponzu sauce directly to the pan and swirl it around. Quickly mix and remove from heat once cooked.
- All done!
