- Next take a filo sheet and cut in to long stripes about 8 to 10 cm wide. Then take a pastry brush and the melted butter and brush one side completely. Lastly add a tsp of the pork mixture to the filo pastry at the bottom in the middle and fold into a small triangle push down the side to seal the filling inside and brush with butter continue to fold into triangle until you get to end of your stripe of filo brushing each side with butter.
- Repeat the same process for the spinach mix and add both parcels to a tray and into the oven for 15 mins 180 degrees.
