  1. First of all, Cut the paneer in square shape and keep aside.
  2. Take a bowl and pour the buckwheat flour in it. Add sendha namak, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves and mix.
  3. Now add little water in it and make a dough.
  4. Take small portion from the buckwheat dough and a piece of paneer. Spread the dough portion like a thin sheet and then wrap the paneer piece in it. Follow the procedure to prepare other pieces also.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and then put the paneer pakora in it. Fry over medium heat till the pakoras turn brownish.. this will only take 4-5 seconds.
