- Grate the cheese and mix with finely chopped onion and mash with a fork. Add the rest of the ingedients amd mash with the fork until all mixed. Except the bread and cayene pepper.
- English mustard
- Toast the bread under a medium grill this way is best as you can check and controle the browning and not burn it.
- Take the mixture and divide it between the 2 Slices of bread. Cover the bread right up to the edges so as its completely covered. I used baguettesliced it and pushed a hole in the middle.
- Sprinkle Cayenne pepper on it before putting it under the grill. Cook until the cheese mix is a nice golden brown colour. Serve hot.
