  1. Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take wheat flour
  2. Also add Salt, Red chili powder, turmeric, sesame seeds, carom seeds.
  3. Add Garlic and chilli paste
  4. Add 1/4 Cup oil and mix it well.
  5. Add 1 cup Fenugreek leaves and 1/4 cup yoghurt and mix all together well.
  6. Add water little by little and make soft dough.
  7. Add 2 tsp of oil and knead the dough for 5 more minutes and rest for 10 min.
  8. Now pinch a medium sized ball dough, roll and flatten it.
  9. Also dust with some wheat flour when needed.

  11. Now on a hot tawa place the rolled thepla and cook for a minute.
  12. When the base is partly cooked, flip the methi thepla - also brush oil / ghee and press slightly.
