In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, oil, garlic, and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of chilli flakes. Add drumsticks and toss to coat. Place chicken legs on baking tray.

- Washed and rinsed 10 chicken legs.
- Add the chicken in a bag or bowl and put the dry ingredients. Garlic salt, Cardamom, oil and Mitmita. Mix them well together and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Take the Chicken legs out and get ready to put them in the oven for 40 min
- After 40 min take the Chicken legs out and their ready to eat. You can eat the Chicken legs with rice or pasta.
Add drumsticks and toss to coat. Place chicken legs on baking tray. Sprinkle salt onto both sides of the chicken legs and rub, making sure it's covered in salt. Sprinkle black pepper and mixed herbs onto both sides. Spread the remaining garlic cloves (with skin on) onto the baking tray around the chicken.
