The ingredients needed to make Chocolate Tiramisu:
  1. Get Chocolate sponge (see recipe from "Amandine")
  2. Get 250 g mascarpone cheese
  3. Get 300 ml extra thick double cream
  4. Prepare 150 g powder erythritol
  5. Prepare Vanilla essence
  6. Make ready Lemon zest
  7. Take Syrup to soak the sponge
  8. Make ready 150 ml water
  9. Get 2 tbsp instant coffee
  10. Take 2 tbsp erythritol
  11. Get 2 tbsp almond essence (to replicate the Amaretto flavour)
  12. Get Dark chocolate, shaved
Steps to make Chocolate Tiramisu:
  1. For chocolate sponge I ve used the ends left from my "Amandine" cake
  2. For cream - mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer until light and fluffy
  3. For syrup - add all ingredients in a pot over medium heat. Bring to boil then leave it to cool to room temperature.
  4. For assembly - use a glass to make a deconstructed tiramisu. Soak some sponge in the syrup, add a layer of mascarpone cream, top with some shaved dark chocolate, add another layer of soaked sponge and repeat with cream and chocolate on top.
  5. Leave in the fridge overnight. Enjoy!
