  5. Keep flame low, so besan is cooled properly
  6. Once done on one side flip to other side, add some oil if needed and cook till golden brown
  7. Cook till both the sides are nice and crispy.
  8. Remove on serving plate and repeat for rest of the bread slices.
  9. Serve with tamarind chutney or sauce.
