  2. Small bubbles will start to form, and when it starts to produce a subtle smell like the water used to rinse rice, it's ready. Strain the water into another container, and store in the refrigerator.
  3. Drink the rejuvelac within 24 hours, add 1 liter of water to the container with the germinated brown rice, then let it sit for 24 hours at room temperature to ferment.

Brown Rice can be a nourishing food in your diet. But like all grains it contains Phytic Acid which blocks your absorption of those great nutrients.
