- After 5 hrs drain water from daal poha & methi dana & grind to fine paste - 4. Same with brown rice - 5. Now mix both the batter ; keep in a vessel, add salt & cover with lid - 6. Keep 8-10 hrs for fermentation

- Next day grease Idli mound with ghee / oil & steam Idli go 10 min in Idli cooker - 8. Serve idly with Sambhar & choice of your chutney like Mint Chutney, Coconut 🥥 Chutney & Tomato 🍅 Chutney
