Instructions to make Carrot hearts:
- Firstly take a kadhai add ghee and carrot saute it on medium flame for 5-6 minutes then add the milk
- Now cook on slow flame and stirring in middle again and again when carrot become thick then add the sugar and cook again until thick.Now add mawa also.
- When carrot become thick and roasted finely then add chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder mix it well.
- Take a plate spread the carrot mixture let it cool keep a side for 20-30 mins.Then cut with the cookies cutter in heart shape. Now keep in Freeze for 20 minutes
- Now take out and serve in a plate and garnish with cashews
