- First wash chickpeas properly and drain all the water.
- Now in a grinder,add soaked chickpeas,onion,coriander leaves,green chilli, garlic cloves and salt. Now grind it coarsely. Transfer it in a bowl then add grated beetroot and cumin powder.mix all ingredients well.
- Now take some portion of mix and make ball shape.Repeat this process with remaining dough and make more balls.
- Take oil in a pan,when oil is getting hot.Put these balls in it.Fry them until they becomes golden brown in colour.Beetroot falafel is ready.Serve hot with any chutney or sauce.Enjoy monsoon.
