- Grind flax seed in fine powder.
- Chopped nuts coarsely. i use black raisin, pistachio, walnuts, and melon seeds.. you can use nuts as per your liking too
- In pan add oil or ghee and roast flax seeds nuts and cardamon powder. at low heat.
- Now add khoya and milk and cook on low heat with continous stirring
- Add sugar and Cook until it start leaving the sides of pan.
- Dish out on serving plate garnish with chandi ka warq almonds and kajjo
- Cut diagonal pieces and serve… healthy and yummy flax seed halwa
