- Dry roast the flax seeds on low flame. Keep stirring continuously. Once flax seeds roasted nicely. Remove it to the plate.
- Now dry roast the sesame seeds on low flame. Stir well. Once it roasted nicely. Remove it to the same plate.
- Then dry roast the grated coconut and remove it to the same plate. Then dry roast the cumin seeds separately. Remove it to the same plate.
- Let it cool down completely. Now transfer all ingredients together to the mixture grinder. Add rock salt, red chilli powder and Garlic (optional).
- Blend it coarsely. Flax seeds chutney is ready. Store it in the air tight container.
