- Add the oil to a frying pan and heat up then add the mushrooms and onions together fry and turn them over for about 4 minutes

- When it's colour is browned a little same on the other side just let it cook for 2 minutes on both then it's done. This is for medium rare. If you like it done more give it a further 3 minutes on each side.

- Next add the mushrooms and onion by the side of the steak.
- Serve while Hot.

I think some wine would make it better and replace the soy sauce with This was the best! Can be enjoyed as written but I added green pepper, onion & garlic powder and a little MSG.
