- Now add our Shimla, onion,and carrot cut into cubes saute it for 1,2 min,don't over cooked otherwise I'll bcum saugee
- Now add all sauces like red chilli,tomato,and soya mix it well, now add fried paneer and mix it well
- At this point take a small bowl add 1teasp of refind flour mix it with the help of water and pour in our paneer chilli, now add little vinegar, salt to taste and red chilli for the colour and spicy taste
- Cook it for 2min in high flame now our paneer chilli is ready to serve
