  19. Take 1/2 tsp vinegar
  20. Get 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

  23. Take 2 tsp oil

Mix all the marination ingredients except oil together and set aside. Heat oil in a frying pan, once it is hot, add in the soya and toss well in the oil. In a large saucepan sauté onion, garlic, celery and olive oil until onions are soft. Add soya or Quorn mince, kidney beans, tomatoes, water, sugar, salt, pepper and chilli powder.

Steps to make Soya Chilli:
  1. First soak the soya chunks in hot water for 15 minutes
  2. Now take a mixing bowl, add all the above ingredients of making batter, add water and make a semi thick batter, and squeeze the water of soya chunks and mix in batter, and deep fry them and keep aside
  3. Now heat a pan, add oil, then add onion and green chilli and salt then saute
  4. Now add capsicum, and saute, add tomato sauce, chilli sauce and saute
  5. Add vinegar and soya sauce and mix well, now add fried soya chunks and mix gently
  6. Lastly sprinkle black pepper powder and mix well, now your soya chilli is ready to serve, serve hot
