In a saucepan, combine vinegar, coriander seeds, mustard seeds, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve the sugar. Another way to make crisp pickles from chillies is to leave the chillies in a brine of water and pickling salt for a night.
Steps to make Chilli pickle:
- Wash chliies and dry completely. Cut in to 1 inch piece. If you want remove seeds than remove.
- Mix lemon juice in chillies mix well and keep aside.
- Grind all remaining ingredients make coarse powder.achar masala is ready.
- Heat musterd oil make smoke and cool down. (not completely)
- Add achar masala into chillies, add oil and salt. Mix well. Store in a airtight container or glass jar. You can use instat or you can use after 4/5 dayzz.
Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve the sugar. Another way to make crisp pickles from chillies is to leave the chillies in a brine of water and pickling salt for a night. The next day, rinse the chillies and poke small holes on the tip of each chilli. Heat the vinegar mix ingredients in a saucepan until it reaches boiling point. Take the vinegar off the heat, pour into the jar until the chillies are covered.
